Arthur Brown, retired in 2006 as Chairman of Hecla Mining Company (NYSE: HL). During Mr. Browns 39 year tenure at Hecla, he held several senior operating positions becoming President of Hecla Mining Company in 1986 and was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1987.

Mr. Brown graduated from Witwatersrand Technical College, South Africa, as a mining engineer in 1961. Following his graduation, he worked at Cementation Co. in Canada until 1967, when he began his career with Hecla Mining Company as an industrial engineer.

Mr. Brown serves as a director on the boards of AMCOL International Corporation (NYSE: ACO) where he also serves as a member of the audit and compensation committees. Mr. Brown is also a director of the Idaho Independent Bank. He is a former Director of the National Mining Association and served as a Director of The Gold Institute and The Silver Institute (Past President). He is past president of the Idaho Mining Association and a Trustee for the University of Montana Foundation (Past Chairman).

Mr. Nelson has been employed by the Company since 2006. Mr Nelson has over 25 years of private and public sector experience with a focus on early-stage projects. Mr. Nelson is actively involved in the corporate development of Silvermex Resources.

Mr. Callahan serves as President of Silvermex Resouces. Before joining Silvermex Mr. Callahan served as Vice President of Hecla Mining Co. (NYSE: HL) and President of Hecla's Venezuelan Operations. Mr. Callahan joined Hecla Mining Co. in 1989 and held a variety of positions including Director, Accounting & Information Services and Senior Financial Analyst before being named Vice President. He has also seved as Vice President Corporate Development from 2002 to 2006 and President of Minera Hecla Venezolana, a subsidiary of Hecla Mining Co., from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Fraser graduated with a Hon's B.Sc. in Geology and an M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from Queen's University at Kingston and has over 35 years experience. He was with Noranda for over 25 years and more recently was the Exploration Manager for Hecla Mining Company in Canada and Venezuela.

Mr. Ovsenek is the Senior Vice President of Silver Standard Resources Inc. Mr. Ovsenek holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Toronto. He is a registered professional engineer, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. McNaughton is the Vice President, Exploration for Silver Standard Resources Inc since 1991.  Mr. McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree and a Master of Applied Science degree in geological engineering from the University of Windsor

Ms. Darby is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience in public accounting, resource and regulatory enviroments. Her experience comprises of Vice President and a director of client services at Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. and a Senior Securities Analyst with the B.C. Securities Commission.
