Silvermex has four silver projects throughout northwest Mexico. Silver resources are found in deposits at Rosario, La Frazada, and Penasco Quemado. The Company's focus lies at Rosario, which includes the San Marcial deposit, in south east Sinaloa. The Rosario project has significant infrastructure in place along with developed deposits and significant resource growth potential. The Company is currently working to develop the deposits at Rosario toward commercial production. The first Preliminary Economic Assessment, focused on San Marcial, is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2010.

La Frazada is located in Nayarit, Mexico. The project last saw production in 1997. La Frazada offers substantial opportunity for resource growth and subsequently for increases in the Company's production profile. The project's relatively close proximity to Rosario will allow the management to build shareholder value through resource growth and development in a geographically concentrated area. Management anticipates that attention will turn to include La Frazada once the Company achieves commercial production at Rosario.

Silvermex also retains 100% interest in the Penasco Quemado and Lobos in northern Senora, Mexico. There are no current work commitments or outstanding balances owing on these projects. The Company has therefore put them in its inventory for additional exploration and more defined assessment at a future time.
