Q & A

 Who is Silvermex Resources Inc.?
Silvermex Resources Inc. is a publicly traded mining company focused in Mexico and led by a highly qualified team of professionals from some of the most notable companies in the silver mining sector. The Company's portfolio of projects ranges from advanced stage exploration to production. Its core asset is the producing La Guitarra silver-gold mine located in the Temascaltepec Mining District of Mexico. Silvermex is currently working to increase production at the mine to full capacity and is conducting extensive exploration to further develop the district. Silvermex is well financed to further develop resources organically from its multiple projects as well as from the acquisition of additional assets that will drive production growth.

What sets Silvermex's Management Team apart from others?
Comprised mainly of a team of executives previously with Hecla Mining, SLX's management team is highly regarded in the mining industry. Collectively they have over 80 years of experience in the Silver mining sector, having been instrumental in the many exploration and production successes of Hecla Mining in North America and Latin America.

How many projects does Silvermex have?
The company has five projects in total: the operating La Guitarra Mine, three past producing mines - the Rosario Mine Complex, Peñasco Quemado and La Frazada - and Lobos, an early stage exploration project.

What is your projected production rate for La Guitarra?
The La Guitarra mine operates at 320 tpd, which on an annualized basis is approximately 800,000 oz Ag Eq.

What is Silvermex's policy on hedging?
 Silvermex has a no-hedging policy.

What are Silvermex's resources & reserves?
The existing La Guitarra NI 43-101 resource estimate and resulting report were prepared by previous management and external third party sources. Between 2006 and 2009, over 86,000 m of exploration and infill drilling were completed at La Guitarra and over 10,000 channel samples were collected. Silvermex has an extensive review process underway to compile and analyze all past exploration results and available data into a comprehensive new resource model. This will assist the company to gain a better understanding of the existing reserves and resources. An updated resource estimate is expected later this year.
